By accessing or using Launture ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

Launture provides market validation tools that analyze search data, social signals, and market indicators to help you evaluate business ideas. Our reports are informational tools designed to support your decision-making process.

Important: Our validation reports provide data-driven insights but do not guarantee business success. All business decisions remain your responsibility.

User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Subscriptions and Payments

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Refunds

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on your first validation report. If you're not satisfied with the quality of your first report, contact us within 7 days for a full refund. Subsequent reports are non-refundable.

Price Changes

We may modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes won't affect your current billing period.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute validation reports without authorization
• Submit false or misleading information
• Use the Service to harm or defraud others

Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Launture and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the business ideas and information you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your submissions solely to provide validation reports.

Validation Reports

Reports generated for you are licensed for your personal or internal business use. You may share reports with advisors, investors, or partners but may not resell them.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Validation reports will be completely accurate or comprehensive
• Following our insights will result in business success

Market conditions change rapidly. Data in reports reflects information available at the time of generation and may become outdated.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Launture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business opportunities, or data, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Launture and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of the Service.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
